The 3D Rat Anatomy software (desktop version) is an interactive model designed for students, teachers and researchers to visualize the basic anatomy of a lab rat.
This software lets you explore the anatomy of a rodent that is widely used in scientific research, the Rattus norvegicus. The interactive three-dimensional model allows visualizing the internal structures of the rat, such as bones, muscles, respiratory, digestive and urogenital systems, as well as the main vessels and nerves.
Each anatomical system can be viewed and manipulated layer by layer or simultaneously with other layers, at various zoom levels. Individual anatomical structures can be highlighted and display a caption, or they can be removed to permit viewing of deeper structures.
The software is compatible with Windows 7 SP1/8/8.1/10 and macOS 10.12 or above.
