These terms of use are entered into between you and The National Anti-Vivisection Society (“NAVS”). The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website and all copyright materials contained herein (“Terms of Use”), whether you are a guest or registered user.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must not access or download content from the website.

NAVS reserves the right to withdraw or amend this website at any time, with or without notice, as well as any services or materials provided on the website. NAVS shall be not liable if any part or all of the website is unavailable at or for any time period.

2. All material used under this license must include proper attribution to the “National Anti-Vivisection Society (NAVS).”

National Anti-Vivisection Society, NAVS, BioLEAP, and their respective design marks, are all registered trademarks of NAVS. You cannot use NAVS’ trademarks on unaffiliated materials, unauthorizedly altered materials, to imply sponsorship by NAVS, or any other use beyond the limited license granted in this section.
Governing Law
All matters relating to BioLEAP’s website, materials, and these Terms of Use, as well as any claim or dispute arising from or related thereto, shall be construed and governed according to the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to choice or conflict of law provisions.
